Open the product, fill in the personalization fields (name, message, photo) and add it to your cart. The details are attached to your order.

Can you build a custom surprise package?

Yes. Use the surprise package builder, tell us your occasion and budget, and we'll send a quote before you pay.

How long do personalized items take?

Most take 2 to 4 working days to produce. Choose a delivery date when you request a surprise package so we can plan around it.

How do I pay?

Pay online with Paystack, or by bank transfer. For transfers, use your order number as the reference.
